天基综合信息系统全国重点实验室
2024年1月,国家三部委发文批准联合组建天基综合信息系统全国重点实验室,批复研究方向为巨星座系统体系设计方法、系统构建技术、多源信息融合技术、体系效能评估技术。其前身是由国家主管部门于2005年批准依托中国科学院软件研究所建立的天基综合信息系统国家级重点实验室。
近20年来,实验室始终面向国家重大战略需求与世界科技前沿,抢占天基综合信息系统领域科技制高点,勇于探索创新,在一系列国家重大工程中做出了重要贡献。先后主持国家863计划、973计划、重点研发计划、自然科学基金、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项及装备关键技术攻关等百余项国家和省部级重大、重点科研任务,在卫星网络协议、星上智能信息处理、复杂系统建模与仿真等方面取得了一大批显著成果。获得国家技术发明一等奖1项,国家科技进步特等奖1项、二等奖2项,省部级一等奖9项、二等奖15项、三等奖8项,中国科学院杰出科技成就奖1项。

In January 2024, the laboratory was approved by three central ministries to be jointly established, with research directions including: design methodologies for mega-constellation system architectures, system construction technologies, multi-source information fusion technologies, system effectiveness evaluation technologies. The laboratory traces its origins to "The Science and Technology on Integrated Information System Laboratory", established in 2005 by the national supervisory authority with the support of the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
Over the past two decades, the laboratory has consistently focused on national strategic needs and cutting-edge scientific research, striving to secure technological leadership in the field of space integrated information systems. It has made significant contributions to major national projects through innovative exploration. The laboratory has led over 100 national and provincial/ministerial-level key research projects, including the 863 Program, 973 Program, Key R&D Plans, National Natural Science Foundation, CAS Strategic Pilot Programs, and critical technology development for equipment. Notable achievements have been made in satellite network protocols, onboard intelligent information processing, and complex system modeling and simulation.
The laboratory has received prestigious awards, including: 1 First Prize of National Technology Invention Award, 1 Special Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 Second Prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 9 First Prizes at Provincial and Ministerial Levels, 15 Second Prizes at Provincial and Ministerial Levels, 8 Third Prizes at Provincial and Ministerial Levels, 1 CAS Outstanding Scientific and Technological Achievement Award.
